    Characters coming within 10 feet of the projection can attempt to Resist it and anyone attempting to touch the mirage immediately notices its fake.

    Mechanical Units can attempt to resist the ability whenever the target moves within 15 feet of them or ends their turn directly in their Line of Sight.

    When used on files or devices protected by a Secure ECM, the caster must first resist the Secure ECM’s effects.

    Effect: Protect or Encrypt a device, file or network against intrusion. Someone attempting to access the protected device, file or network must spent at least one hour attempting to bypass the ECM with an Intelligence(Datacraft) test.

    On a failure, the intrusion fails and cannot be re-attempted for a full day. Additionally, if the device, network or file has a means to do so, it will attempt to inform the caster of the Secure ECM of the attempted intrusion.

    Once cast, this ECM remains active until the device, file or network is accessed by anyone but the caster of the Secure ECM or specific users designated by them.

    Secure does not protect against hostile ECM other than Open Sesame.

    Any Mechanical Unit or human wearing heavy armor within 30 feet of the original target then also take D6 + Your Datacraft Rank points of shock damage, and so do any Mechanical Units or human wearing heavy armor within 30 feet of the secondary targets.

    The damage continues to jump until all eligible targets have been damaged. No Target can be damaged more than once and all targets may attempt to Resist the ability to half the damage received.

    A Target with an Intelligence attribute can attempt to resist the effect at the end of each of its turns.

    Should the target take any damage, the ECM immediately ends.

    Effect: Select an data port or terminal within range. You may attempt to siphon an amount of credits up to 10 times your Intelligence Attribute + your Datacraft Rank from other devices connected to the same network.

    After doing so, you must pass an Intelligence + Datacraft test where the difficulty is 1 by every 10 credits siphoned.

    On a success, you keep the credits and the intrusion is undetected, on a failure you keep the credits but the holders of all devices within the network are alerted to your intrusion.

    You can only attempt to Siphon Funds from the same network once per 24 hour period.

If a target resists the ability they are not stunned and they take half the much damage.

    Cyborgs, mechanical units and targets with a Datajack cortex implant make the resist test at Major Disadvantage.
