Enmitic Psionics
Enmitic Psions are those who draw their powers from the strength of their will and their capacity to impose it upon the world and others. They are mostly chaotic individual, with little regard for the usual inclination towards order and structure of the Empaths or the isolation of the Theurges. Enmitics often let their emotions run rampant, fueling their abilities and warping others and the world with their strength of their intent.
Like any Psions, Enmitics are not inherently good or evil, selfless or selfish, what they are first and foremost is passionate. They can be charismatic and magnetic leaders, impassionate defenders, brutal berserkers or hedonistic jokesters, but their emotions always run skin deep, as they are necessary to project their abilities. If they appear taciturn or tired, those are masks that can quickly peel back whenever that which they are passionate about comes into play.
Enmitics are particularly dangerous for empaths, as the overwhelming force of their will and the way in which they encourage a maelstrom of their own emotional state can many times invade and overpower the minds of other Psions. Enmitic Psions are usually specialized in deception and combat, often seeing these things as paths to greater thrills. While they can often understand the need for self-control, it is hard for them to achieve and seldom do they attempt it on a truly deep level.
Enmitic Psions at their best can be valiant, powerful warriors, using a host of psionic abilities to stay in the fight longer than anyone and inflicting retribution and justice upon those who deserve it. At worst, they can become lost in their own emotions and the power they grant them. Like junkies lost in near suicidal thrill seeking, becoming veritable engines of destruction drunk of their own might.

Effect: The Psion creates a sphere or pure psionic energy which he hurls at an enemy in Line of Sight as a projectile with the following profile;

Effect: Everyone who sleeps or lingers too long near the Psion is usually accosted with dark, nightmarish or violent dreams. These dark, restless thoughts seem to always turn towards the Psion in the end, and not only nourish but empower them.
Whenever the Psion tests against Fatigue, Exhaustion or Stress, they may re-roll a failed test if they nominate another human within range to re-roll their successful test (the Psion should test last) Whenever someone in range (other than the Psion) becomes fatigued, exhausted or receives a point of stress, the Psion regains D3 psi points.

Effect: The Psion overloads the optic nerves of the selected target character, giving them Disadvantage on melee attacks and Major Disadvantage on ranged attacks for a number of rounds equal to 1 plus the Psion’s Willpower rank. The targets may attempt to resist again at the end of each of their turns. Does not affect mechanical targets.
Boost: An additional two charges can be consumed to give a target the Blind condition for the duration instead.

Effect: The Psion directs a field Emnitic energy all around them and weakening their armor. For a number of turns equal to 1+ the Psion’s willpower rank. Any attacks against a character within the field, except the Psion, gain +1D Damage.
Boost: Two more focus may be consumed to make Allies immune to the effects of Emnitic field.

Effect: An aura of menacing and hostile intent surrounds the Psion, shaking those around him. Enemies in range must roll Willpower tests against the Psion at Major Disadvantage.

Effect: The Emnitic Psion projects a veil of confusion over the minds of those around them, clouding their judgment and senses. The Psion’s next social skill test has Advantage until they take a long rest or meditate to regain Psionic charges. Does not affect mechanical targets.
Boost: For two extra focus, the Psion can use the ability to make the next attempt to read their mind, honesty or disposition fail automatically.

Effect: The Psion projects a jet of psionic energy from their hands, which becomes a melee weapon with the following profile;

When casting the Psi Blade, the Psion can select one of the following weapon types for it: Simple(Stabbing), Martial(Blade) or Tactical(Curved Blade) to determine how it interacts with other weapon training.
While Psi Blade is an ongoing effect, it can be maintained alongside one other ongoing psionic effect. If Psi Weapons or Armor are damaged, they instead dissipate and must be recast. Psi Blades last until the Psion takes a long rest, meditates to regain Psi charges, until dismissed or disrupted by damage.
Boost: Additional Focus can be spent to grant the Psi Blade additional qualities on a hit.

Effect: The Psion projects a long strip of psionic energy from their hands, which becomes a melee weapon with the following profile;

Effect: Whenever the Psion wields a Psionic Blade or Lash in combat, they gain +2 DR that regenerates each round, but at the end of each round they attack they must pass a Willpower (3) test or gain the Berserk condition. While Berserk, the Psion’s gains an extra amount of regenerating DR equal to their Psionic Attribute + Willpower rank, but will always attack the closest target, friend or foe. If two or more targets are at the same distance, the player decides which is attacked.

Effect: Whenever the Psion takes damage from a melee attack, they redirect their pain and seething aggression towards the attacker if they are within range. As a reaction, they may deal 1 point of Scorch, Frost or Shock direct damage for every 3 points of HP damage they took to the target. The type of damage the Psion deals must be decided on when this ability is first learned and cannot be changed. The psion may deal this damage even if they are knocked unconscious by the attack.

Effect: The Psion glares at a target in range, letting a disconcerting and confusing wave of psionic energy wash over them, which can Stun them and give them Disadvantage on all skill tests for a number of rounds equal to 1 + the Psion’s Willpower rank. Targets can attempt to resist the ability again at the end of each turn after the first one. Does not affect mechanical targets.
Boost: Two additional focus can be consumed to give the ability the Blast(2) property.

Duration: (Psionic Attribute + Willpower rank) Rounds.
Effect: The Psion places a powerful hypnotic suggestion on the target, making them believe their lungs are not receiving oxygen for up to 30 seconds. If the target fails the initial test to resist, then each combat round or for every 6 seconds, the target must pass a Willpower (X) test at the beginning of their turn. If they fail, they must pass a Fortitude (X) test where X is 1+ the amount of rounds the ability has been active.
If the target fails both tests, they are unable to act that round. Additionally, if they fail four tests in total, they fall unconscious. Does not affect mechanical targets. The psion may not use other psionic abilities or attacks while focusing on the Noose and the ability ends after a number of rounds equal to their Psionic Attribute + Willpower Rank.
Boost: As a free action, an additional focus can be consumed at any point during the Noose’s duration to force the target to move up to 10 feet as long as they failed their Willpower test during their turn.

Effect: The Psion focuses on an object (up to 200 pounds) or person within their line of sight and moves them up to 5 feet in a direction of their choice.
Boost: The psion can consume additional focus to increase the distance of the pull by 5 feet per focus.
They may also consume additional focus to increase the maximum weight of the object pulled by 200 pounds per focus, up to 1000 pounds.
If a person is pulled 15 feet or more, they must succeed on a Fortitude (2) or Evasion (2) test or be knocked prone. If a person is pulled 15 feet or more and collides with something, they take D3 direct damage for every 5 feet traveled past the first 10 feet, and the test to avoid being knocked prone becomes a Fortitude (X) or Evasion (X).
An object that weighs at least 50 pounds may be hurled at an enemy as an attack with the following profile;
[Attack: Psionic Attribute + Aim /Damage: 1D for every 5 feet traveled after the first 10 feet + 1D for every 100 pounds of weight).]
People and objects affected by this ability may not be pulled or thrown more than 100 feet away from the Psion.

Effect: The Psion fuels his abilities with their own life, their unbridled psionic energies tearing into their own body while channeled. The Psion is able to add Scorch (1), Shock (1) or Frost (1) to the effect of another Psionic talent or power that deals damage in exchange for losing 1HP for each level of Frost, Shock or Scorch applied past the first, up to your Willpower Rank. The type of damage is determined when the Psion takes this ability and cannot be changed.

Effect: The Psion attempts to sever all mental links established by the enemy, closing the doors to their mind. Target an enemy Psion and perform a Willpower test using their Psionic Attribute against their Willpower (Enmity), Empathy (Empathy), Presence (Theurgy), or Knowledge (Gnostic). If successful, cancel any Psionic talents or powers the target is currently channeling.

Effect: The Psion weighs down a target with a powerful downward pull, rooting them to the ground for up to Insight + Willpower Rank rounds. Unless the target resists, they will not be able to perform any move or run actions as long as the chains are active. The target may attempt another test to resist the ability at the end of each of their turns after the first one, or every six seconds. Does not affect mechanical targets.

Effect: In battle, the Psion’s rage and outbound aggression keeps them anchored in the moment, powering through pain and damage alike to continue fighting. Once per day, if the Psion is knocked unconscious, at the beginning of their next turn they regain consciousness with a number of hit points equal to 1+ their Psionic Attribute + Willpower Rank and immediately stand up from Prone without spending an action or free action.

Affected targets can attempt to resist the ability again at the end of each of their turns. Does not affect mechanical targets.

Effect: The Psion unleashes their emotions and then turns them inwards, coating their very being in a wreath of destructive psionic energies. For a number of rounds equal to their Psionic Attribute + Willpower rank, the Psion cannot initiate any other psionic abilities and gains the following;
At the beginning of their turn, they deal a number of points of direct Scorch, Frost, or Shock damage equal to their willpower rank to everyone within (5*Willpower rank) feet. The type of damage the Psion deals must be decided on when this ability is first learned and cannot be changed.
All HP damage they receive is halved, rounded up.
They gain +1 AP per round to a max of 4 ap.
They gain an additional reaction per round.
Whenever the effect of Engine of Destruction stops or runs out, the Psion falls unconscious with 0 HP and receives a wound.

Effect: The Psion attempts to completely destroy the target’s mind.
If the target resists the ability the Psion receives either 2d6 points of direct damage or two points of Intelligence stress. If the target fails to resist the ability, they must beat a Fortitude (4) test or be immediately knocked out of the fight. If they succeed the Fortitude test, they instead take 2d6 points of direct damage + 1d6 for each rank the Psion has in Willpower. Does not affect mechanical targets.
