Effect: The Psion concentrates their energy into a powerful bolt of psionic power which then streaks towards a target of their choosing as an attack with the following profile;

Additionally, non-mechanical targets struck by this attack must pass an Insight + Willpower(3) test or spend their next turn walking up to the closest target and performing a melee attack with a +2D Damage bonus.

Boost: Two additional focus can be consumed to make the psionic attack bounce to different targets after the first one. After successfully hitting a target, the bolt will jump to a random target (determined by a d6) within 30 feet. Each target can only be hit once and the bolt stops once it fails to hit a target or runs out of available targets.

Effect: The Psion may engage in a one hour ritual to contact the collective psionic energies in a place and ask them a single question. The entity might respond only with Yes, No, or silence if the question was vague, unclear or has more than one possible answer. The Psion may ask further questions but will take a randomly determined point of stress for each question after the first.
Once the ritual concludes, the Psion cannot use it again until they take a rest or undergo Psionic Meditation.

Effect: The Psion coalesces the hostility of those around them into a cord of barely contained psionic energy. They are surrounded by an inky black floating substance akin to a black, molten metal which constantly morphs into spasms of blades and spikes. This Warden has an HP value equal to your Psionic Attribute multiplied by your Knowledge rank.
Whenever you lose HP from an attack, you may instead direct the entirety of the damage to the Warden. Whenever the Warden takes damage it makes an attack with the following profile against every target (even if friendly) within 15 feet.

If the Warden loses all its HP, it is destroyed and any extra damage it would have received goes instead to the Psion. If not destroyed, the Warden lasts until the Psion takes a long rest, meditates to regain Psionic charges, is dismissed or is disrupted by taking damage.

Effect: The Psion focuses their mind on a specific location within range and instantly shifts position towards it, leaving behind just a dark, inky echo of themselves which dissipates within a second.
The Psion ignores all terrain and does not cause reactions when moving to the new location and can move through walls and other solid objects as long as they have seen their destination and it is within range

Effect: The Psion leaves a small imprint of their own power on their targets, which will continue to inflict pain even after the attack has passed. For a number of rounds equal to the Psion’s Insight + Knowledge rank, their melee attacks gain the Acid(X) quality.

Effect: The Psion places a confounding mental fog over a target’s mind with a gentle touch. Unless they can resist, the target is placed in a foggy, confused mental state for a number of minutes equal to the Psion’s Psionic Attribute + Knowledge rank; they have a major disadvantage on all mental and social skill checks.
If the target resists, they instead become aware of the Psion’s attempts (though they may not know exactly what they were attempting) and are immune from further attempts for 24 hours. Does not affect mechanical targets.
Boost: Extra charges can be spent to increase the duration of the effect by one charge per minute, up to a number of minutes equal to the Psion’s Knowledge rank.

Effect: The Psion can mentally and quietly relay a message directly to the mind of the target as long as they have seen the target before and they are in range. The message may be up to 20 words. A target may attempt to prevent themselves from hearing the message by resisting the ability.
Boost: One additional focus can be consumed to allow the target to immediately respond, mentally, to the message, within the same word and range limit as the caster.
Range: One within (Psionic Attribute + Knowledge Rank) x 100 feet.

Effect: The Psion creates a sphere of occlusion around themselves which blurs the shapes of their allies, granting all of them within range Stealth(2) and major advantage on Sneak tests for a number of minutes equal to 1+ the Psion’s Knowledge Rank.
Boost: One additional focus can be spent to increase the range of the ability to 30 feet.

Effect: The Psion links minds with a willing target in range, not to share knowledge or skills, but pain and weariness. Until the Psion takes a long rest, meditates to regain Psi charges or the ability is disrupted by damage, whenever the Psion or the target takes HP damage, the Psion can decide to split damage evenly between the two.
Though the Psion and the target need to be within touch range to cast the ability, once the ability is cast, they may move as far apart as they wish. The Psion and the target are aware of each other’s relative positions for the duration of the ability.

Effect: The Psion can concentrate on a piece of text or symbol for one minute, after doing so, the Psion can attempt a single Psionic Attribute[Knowledge] test to glean information about the words or symbols they would be unable to learn otherwise.
[Critical Failure] - You forget your own words, you are unable to communicate through speech or writing until you can enter a psionic meditation for one hour and must use hand signs and gestures. Take a point of Intelligence Stress.

[1 Successes] - You know the literal translation of the text or general meaning of the symbol,
[2 Successes] - You learn who wrote the text or symbols and when they were written, you have advantage on any tests relating to the topic the text was about until you use this ability again or your next psionic meditation.
[3 Successes] - In addition to all previous success levels, you also gain a proficiency determined by the GM based on the text until you use this ability again or your next psionic meditation.

Effect: The Psion concentrates their energy in a sickening wave of power which washes over the targets in front of them, making their minds believe their bodies have been corrupted.

Effect: The Psion invades the mind of a non-hostile target, altering their perception and desires and shaping them to match those of the psion. For a number of hours equal 1 plus the psion’s Knowledge Rank, the target wants to please the Psion and goes to great lengths to do so. The target has Major Disadvantage on social tests against the Psion, while the Psion has a Major Advantage on social tests against the Target. If the target resists they are immune to the ability for the next 24 hours.
The target will still resist any action that would harm the target or their allies/loved ones.
If the Psion successfully casts this ability on the target for 7 straight days, its effects become permanent as long as the target is in the Psion’s presence at least once every 7 days. If the target goes 7 days without seeing the Psion, they may attempt to resist the ability then and every 7 days thereafter. In that time, the target will be filled with an all consuming need to see the Psion. If the Target does not see the Psion for a full 30 days, the effects of the ability fade entirely.

Effect: The Psion establishes a parasitic mental link with an enemy, draining them of energy and seeding their own pain into their mind.
Target an enemy in range, for a number of rounds equal to your Psionic Attribute + Knowledge Rank, whenever you lose HP, you only lose half of what you normally would (rounded down) whereas the target takes the other half (rounded up) as direct damage. The target can attempt to resist the ability again every time it takes damage. Does not affect mechanical targets.
Boost: An additional focus may be spent as a free action to drain the target of D6 HP or D3 Stamina.

Effect: The Psion overwrites all memories from a time period of a few minutes from the target’s mind and replaces them with fabricated memories. Unless they can resist, the target loses all recollection or memories from a number of minutes equal to the Psion’s Psionic Attribute + Knowledge Rank that happened within the last 24 hours, which are then replaced with fake memories determined by the Psion.
If the memories are nonsensical, illogical or radically against the target’s best interests, the target gains Major Advantage on their tests to resist the ability.
Likewise, only one set of fake memories may be implanted on any one person at any given time and implanting a second set will immediately reveal the original set as fake (as well as allow the target to recall any original, hidden memories).
If the target resists, they instead become aware of the Psion’s attempts (though they may not know exactly what they were attempting) and are immune from further attempts for 24 hours. Does not affect mechanical targets.
Boost: Additional focus can be spent to increase the duration of the erased memories at a rate of 1 focus per minute.

Effect: Effect: You are further connected with the idea or entity you’ve learned to invoke, letting more and more of your mind dwell on it and its implications. As long as you know an invocation, it grows in power.
The Wanderer: The dark, inky shadow of yourself you leave when teleporting lasts a minute instead of a second. At any point you may spend 1 Focus as a free action to teleport back to the shadow- at which point it disappears.
The Warden: Whenever you are not engaged in combat for a minute or more, the Warden heals back up to half HP, furthermore, the Warden will no longer attack allies unless you decide it should.
The Fiend: You can choose to fire your Psionic Bolt using the following profile:
[Attack: n/a / Damage: (Psionic Attribute)D / Range: 15-60 feet / Blast(3)]
however, if you do so it may not be boosted.
Anyone caught in the blast must still test against the bolt’s effect.
The Other: If the question you ask the Other is unclear and answered by silence, you may ask another question without taking stress. Additionally, the ritual to ask a question from the Other takes one minute instead of one hour.

Effect: The Psion blockades all sound surrounding the target, leaving them unable to make or perceive any noise.
If the target fails to resist, for a number of minutes equal to the Psionic Attribute + Knowledge Rank, whatever sounds the target makes can only be perceived by the Psion and the Psion’s voice is the only sound the target can hear. The target may attempt a new test to resist the ability at the end of each minute.
If a Target resists, they are immune to the ability for 24 hours. Does not affect mechanical targets.
Boost: Two additional Focus can be consumed to increase the Range of the ability to everyone in a 15 foot sphere. The Psion may move the sphere up to 5 feet per second (30 feet per round) by focusing on it. Any sound made within the sphere is absolutely silenced and targets within the sphere cannot hear any sound coming from the outside.

Effect: You surrender yourself to whatever psionic idea you have become involved with, turning over control of your mind and power. You gain an effect based on the Invocation you know, if the invocation is an ongoing effect, you can maintain this effect alongside it.
The Wanderer: For a number of rounds equal to your Psionic Attribute + Knowledge rank (starting next round) you may move through obstacles as long as you have seen the other side, you do not make noise when moving, provoke reactions or attacks of opportunity, trigger traps or alarms nor appear on any cameras or recording devices (but may still be perceived by Mechanical units).
The Warden: For a number of rounds equal to your Psionic Attribute + your Knowledge rank (starting next round) you may add your Psionic Attribute + Knowledge rank to your AV.
The Fiend: For a number of rounds equal to your Psionic Attribute + Knowledge rank (starting next round) you can add a number of dice equal to your Knowledge Rank to every attack or psionic ability you make that uses Strength, Dexterity or your Psionic Attribute as part of a damage test.
The Other: For a number of rounds equal to your Psionic Attribute + your Knowledge rank (starting next round) all your Psionic talents and powers cost 0 Focus to cast and you can have several ongoing Psionic effects active. After the effects of the ability ends, end all but one of your ongoing Psionic Effects (unless the ability was disrupted due to damage, in which case you end all of your ongoing Psionic Effects), set your Focus to 0, and take 1 randomly determined point of stress.

Effect: Select a target in range and severely disrupt their mind and body, making them vulnerable and sick, their mind believing their flesh is crumbling away. If the target fails to resist, they gain three stacks of corrosion, are Poisoned and affected by three stacks of acid. If they fail by three or more successes, they also take an automatic wound.

Effect: The Psion overwrites all memories of the last Psionic Attribute + Knowledge Rank minutes from the minds of everyone they chose within range, which are then replaced with a single fake memory determined by the Psion (as seen from each person’s perspective).
If the memory is nonsensical, illogical or radically against the target’s best interests, the target gains Major Advantage on their tests to resist the ability.
Likewise, only one set of fake memories may be implanted on any one person at any given time and implanting a second set will immediately reveal the original set as fake (as well as allow the target to recall any original, hidden memories).
If the target resists, they are immune from further attempts for 24 hours. Does not affect mechanical targets.
Boost: The Psion can extend the duration of the replaced memories at a rate of 1 focus per extra minute.

Effect: The Psion implants a small piece of their mind within a target whose defenses have been compromised, which serves as a psionic tether between them and the target.
The Psion selects a target that has just failed to resist one of their Psionic abilities. If at any point within the next 24 hours the target falls asleep within a 10 mile radius of the Psion, they will be alerted. At that point the Psion may enter a trance that will last up to a number of hours equal to the Psion’s Knowledge rank. During that time, the Psion inhabits and controls their target’s body while their own body is unconscious.
The Psion does not have access to the target’s mind, nor any secret knowledge they may have. After every hour, or whenever they take damage, the target may attempt another test to resist the ability once more. If they resist, the Psion is expelled and the possessed regains control of their body, unaware of what transpired while they were possessed. Every injury or wound the target takes during this time adds 1 point of Insight stress to the Psion.
The possession ends when the duration has elapsed, if the target is knocked unconscious or if the Psion chooses to end it, the target has no memories of the events that transpire during the possession outside of dream-like fragments.
